Terry K. Headley entered the Insurance Business in January 1973 at age 19, and is the youngest Agent ever inducted into the Principal Financial Group® Hall of Fame. He is a Qualified and Life Member of MDRT and consistent Court of the Table of Qualifier.

He has held every office in NAIFA-Omaha and NAIFA-Nebraska State. Terry was inducted into the NAIFA Hall of Fame and has received the NAIFA-Nebraska Distinguished Service Award. He served three years each as the Chair of the NAIFA Committee on Public Relations, Member of the NAIFA Committee on Goverance, and the Chair of the National IFAPAC Subcommitte. He also chaired the NAIFA 21 Advocacy Task Force.

He was first elected to the NAIFA Board of Trustees in 2004 and re-elected in 2006. Additionally, he was the first Capitol Club IFAPAC Contributor ($5,000/Annual) and is currently the largest IFAPAC Contributor in the history of the NAIFA Federation.
