If you have begun using any of the items in the worksheet for business but had acquired them in a previous year, please indicate the item's lowest value, either its actual cost or its fair market value when put into business use. Do not list an amount if you have either deducted or completely depreciated an item in the past. Do not list an amount if you received the item from your employer, or if it was purchased through a grant (i.e., you did not pay for it).
